When you give others access to your business assets (such as pages and ad accounts), there are two options: assign people or add partners.
Assigning Someone – This means making a specific role available for someone that will allow them easy entry into the account with necessary permissions; it’s similar in nature to giving them an online password so they can log-in whenever needed but instead uses email addresses rather than passwords. Adding Partners – Giving another company full rights under one’s own identity by assigning partner status where this person gets assigned certain tasks/projects inside their organization while using personal skills outside those boundaries

Employees and admins can be assigned in the People section under a user’s profile. Click Add on the right when you’re assigning access to assign them with an email address or choose from one of your roles for more specific options like “employee.”

When you’re done, click Invite to send your request. To see who has access rights for the assets in this business page go over under People on left navigation and make changes accordingly!

To add partners to Business Manager, go to the business asset you want to assign to them (such as the Facebook page) and click the Assign Partners button. You’ll then be prompted to enter the partner’s Business Manager ID, which you need to get from them.

When adding a partner, they will have access to your business assets via Partners in the left navigation. If you want them removed or if there is an issue with their permissions it can be edited by clicking on Assigned People or Partners tabs for this section of our site under Business Asset Management > My Organization .
